Smoked Fish Exchange

Once you have caught your fish we can offer the opportunity for you to exchange your catch for quality cold smoked, sliced and vacuum packed trout, smoked locally at the River Test Smokery, Chilbolton.   PLEASE RING AHEAD TO CHECK STOCK LEVELS.

This service is based on an exchange of 25% of your catch weight @ £6/lb. 

e.g. a 4lb trout = 1lb of smoked at a cost of £6.
